Chief Adewale Kolawole Kalejaiye (aka Grandmaster, CWK) is the Chairman, Board of Trustees, and the initiator of what has now become the Nigerian Think Tank Group (NTTG) Worldwide.
BACKGROUND
CWK was born into a middle-class family from Ijebu Aiyepe. His Father was a Bio-Chemist, while his Mother was a Civil Servant. His Grandfather Sir J O Kalejaiye, a Mechanical Engineer, was Knighted by the Queen in 1956.
EDUCATION
Wale attended CMS Grammar and later, Baptist Academy Lagos Nigeria, where he attained his 'A' Levels in 1979. He then proceeded to the United Kingdom for further studies.

WORKING AND PROFESSIONAL CAREER
Wale has a number of Professional Certifications and Qualifications in various areas ranging from Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, Network Design, Complex Data Analysis and Triarch Network Design.
Chief Kalejaiye worked for various companies including Royal Festival Hall London as Revenue Controller, Control Data, Ameridata, Sainsbury's, British Telecom (BT), Croydon Council, Reuters, Tellex Monitors, and Rohde & Schwartz GMBH.
In 1996, he was appointed Microsoft Product Evaluator due to his technical Depth and demonstrated competence.
In 1994, he was head-haunted by the Ministry of Defence Nigeria to work as a Consultant on Artificial Intelligence at War College in Abuja.
In 1998, he was employed by Norwich Union as Technical Specialist to help Migrate over 2000 Live Servers to Millennium to Y2K Compliance. After this, he Established Walematic Computer Systems Limited.
In 2000, he designed the longest wireless link in Nigeria using Gilat IP Faraway to deploy Telephony link via Virtual Private Network using Microwave Repeaters before GSM was licensed.
While in Nigeria, he was a Technical Consultant to various State governments and a member of the Transition Governments in Ogun, Cross River and Ondo States.
He was appointed Technical Consultant to the House of Senate Committee on Communication in 2016.
In 2018, he received the Prestigious Award - Titans of Technology Award Nigeria, and Recipient of the African Digital Heroes Award - Cloud Technology Expert 2019.
BUSINESS INTERESTS AND BOARD MEMBERSHIP
CWK is involved in various businesses ranging from ICT, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Aviation, and International Business Incubation.
He is Chairman and President of many multinational companies including Impulse Technologies, Impulse Capital Consortium, Riverman Oil & Gas Ltd, and QED Energy Ltd.
His greatest passions are Golf and Chess. CWK has an International Chess rating of +2205. He represented Nigeria at the 27th World Chess Olympiad in Dubai in 1986, the 28h World Chess Olympiad in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1988, and the 29th World Chess Olympiad in Novi Sad, Yugoslavia in 1990. Wale is an International Chess Arbiter FIDE Certified.
He was very active in International Chess Politics and was elected as a member of COCDEC and COSA.
CWK is an active and very competitive golfer with a handicap of 12.
CWK is Married to Cynthia his heart-throb, and the Marriage is blessed with two Girls.
Political Economist | Food Manufacturer
Bolaji Lewis is the immediate past Chairman of the Group.
He is a Political Economist and Food Manufacturer.
He currently works for an international business-to-business information company focusing on the global financial community.
He has been involved in Information Technology, Programme Management, Change Management, Political Economics and Business-to-business introduction for over 30 years.
He has an Honours degree in Political Science (under the tutelage of renowned Professors including Elaigwu and Ali Mazrui), and a Postgraduate in Business Information Systems.
He served in the UK Civil Service as a researcher for answers to Prime Minister's 'Question Time' issues in Westminster. That was where he developed his broad knowledge acquisition skills and political depth and dexterity. He proceeded to local government housing for a short period. This opened his eyes to the welfare needs of society.
He gained International humanitarian and welfare experience working at various international charities such as British Red Cross, Dr Barnardo's and Amnesty International (Ex-Yugoslavia and Afghanistan campaigns).
After his tour of duty in government and non-governmental roles, he proceeded to the City of London to work in technology in Investment Banks and Conglomerates.
He is one of the facilitators and promoters of the inter-agency intelligence sharing initiative code-named ‘Network Nigeria’ at the time. He has always advocated basic intelligence training for the rank and file of the paramilitary in Nigeria which is complemented by community policing through foot-on-the-ground intelligence.
He is involved in various activities that are directed at improving the well-being of people such as youth empowerment through such programmes as 'Access to Medical School', feeding 'Internally Displaced People (IDPs)', and the 'Diaspora Access to Business in Nigeria' to mention a few.
He facilitates and participates in various diaspora-led initiatives towards Nigeria's development. He is a promoter of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) by resourcing foreign investors with local knowledge of desired investment destinations. One of his successful Diaspora direct investments into Nigeria is 'Nurture-All Foods', processing highly nutritious foods (Soykunu Extra and Soyalac) in Kano, Nigeria using locally-grown ingredients thereby promoting full agricultural value chain enhancement through offtake from smallholder farmers and job creation.
Pushing boundaries by exploring how to complement renewable energy to drive the agro-processing industry in Nigeria is his passion. He nurtures social enterprise through the 'WoManBeing' brand.
He has a well-rounded leadership experience, which has thought him that being a leader means working hard for others. He is an achiever that believes what is worth doing at all, is worth doing well, and that there is no 'impossible' in his dictionary.
His mantra is all voices must be heard and none should be muffled.
His other pioneering ideas for Nigeria include the building of 100MW solar power industrial parks as part of the manufacturing revitalisation vision of the government.
